GitMission is an interactive educational platform designed to teach Git and GitHub workflows. The platform provides simulated environments, virtual team interactions, and educational content.

3. Free and Paid Modules

The Platform offers both free and paid educational modules:

• Free Modules: Basic Git fundamentals and introductory lessons are available at no cost.
• Paid Modules: Advanced scenarios, complex workflows, and premium features require a one-time payment.

4. Payments and Refunds

Access to paid modules requires a one-time payment. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers. Due to the digital nature of the content, we generally do not offer refunds once a module has been accessed, except as required by law or in cases of platform malfunction.

5. Certificates of Completion

Upon successful completion of all required modules (both free and paid), users will receive a digital Certificate of Completion. This certificate is for personal and professional use to demonstrate your knowledge but does not represent formal academic credit.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful educational purposes. You must not:

• Account Sharing: Share, sell, or transfer your account or login credentials to any other person. Accounts are intended for individual use only.
• Content Misuse: Copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly share, or resell any lessons, scenarios, or educational content from the Platform, whether free or paid, without explicit written permission.
• Platform Abuse: Attempt to exploit, reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the simulated terminal environments or any part of the Platform.
• Unauthorized Access: Attempt to bypass paywalls, access restricted modules without payment, or manipulate progress/certification systems.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to compromise the platform's security.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new terms on this page.
